德阳市人民医院始建于1943年,2003年成功创建国家三级甲等医院。医院专业设置齐全、设备先进、集医疗、教学、科研、健康管理为一体,开放床位1689张;有省重点学科1个,省级重点专科14个。在职职工2143人,医师规培生和护理规培生412人,博士、硕士研究生329人,享受国务院政府特殊津贴专家1名,省有突出贡献优秀专家1名,省学术技术带头人后备人选1人,省卫计委学术技术带头人及后备人选13人,省卫计委有突出贡献中青年专家1人,市有突出贡献优秀专家8名。

2016年门急诊量163.7万人次,住院病人6.75万人次,手术2.64万台,平均住院日9.1天。

医院分为院本部和旌南分院2个院区。院本部占地面积80亩,建筑面积10万平方米,设临床科室35个,医技科室8个,为医院主要业务区。旌南分院占地面积40亩,建筑面积12000平方米,集健康体检与康复为一体,未来3-5年将建成280张床位的肿瘤防治中心。按照市政府统一规划,拟在城北建设德阳市妇女儿童专科医院、德阳市人民医院城北院区2个项目,占地面积269亩,增加病床1300张。

医院配置有包括飞利浦Ingenia3.0T科研级核磁共振,西门子FORCE开源超高端CT 、飞利浦大型数字平板减影系统,GE单光子发射计算机断层成像系统,配置图像引导放疗系统的西门子直线加速器,GE公司和西门子的普放数字平板系统,低剂量钼靶乳腺DR,配置有GE、飞利浦、阿洛卡、声科等超声影像诊断设备的一线机型,爱尔康FS200/EX500飞秒准分子屈光手术系统,爱尔博电外科系统,强生外科能量系统,奥林巴斯、史塞克、卡尔史托斯电子高清内窥镜系统,莱卡手术显微镜系统等等,领先于行业的一流诊疗设备以及与之相匹配的危急重症诊疗单元。

以精准微创为引领,腔镜技术覆盖现有专业,已开展复杂胸腹部肿瘤的腔镜技术和呼吸消化系统软镜的诊断与治疗技术;以介入中心为平台的多学科介入诊治技术、心脑血管疾病介入诊治技术、大血管腔内治疗技术、先心病介入手术;MDT模式的射频消融术、粒子植入术等恶性肿瘤综合治疗技术;体外循坏及非体外循坏心脏直视手术、不停跳心脏手术;颅底和复杂脑血管疾病的显微外科技术;玻璃体、眼底病诊治技术;自体骨髓、脐血干细胞移植治疗终末期肝病技术;以可调节封闭式负压引流为代表的创面修复技术;乳腺癌筛查及早诊早治技术;产前诊断等先进诊疗技术。

先后与四川大学华西医院、第三军医大学西南医院、以色列西勒雅法医学中心、日内瓦大学医院、中科院心理研究所、北大人民医院教育部动脉硬化重点实验室、比利时鲁汶大学灾难流行病学研究中心等国内外知名医院和机构建立合作关系,获国家自然科学基金独立申报单位资格。

医院是成都中医药大学非直属附属医院德阳临床医学院、成都医学院非直属附属医院德阳临床学院,开展了两所高校的临床医学专业本科生临床理论教学;是第一批国家住院医师规范化培训基地医院,共20个专业基地面向社会招收学员,同时获批成为四川省专科医师培训基地医院,共3个专业面向社会招收学员。

先后荣获“全国抗震救灾工人先锋号”、“全国卫生系统先进集体”、“全国青年文明号”、“全国2015改善服务创新医院”等多项荣誉。秉承“医术仁心,关爱生命”的服务理念,医院鲜明的提出了“提升医疗技术水平,建设一流三甲医院”的发展目标,以“学科建设、人才培养”为抓手,练内功,强内涵,添举措,施新政,实现健康可持续发展。

 

Built in 1943, Deyang People’s Hospital was successfully rated as a Grade-3 Class-A hospital in 2003. With complete professional facilities and advanced equipment, it has 1,689 beds in total and provides medical treatment, teaching, science and research, and health management services. It has established one provincial level key discipline, 14 provincial key specialties. There are currently 2,085 employees working in the hospital, including 332 master and doctoral candidates, one expert that receives special government allowance from the State Council, one expert of excellence with outstanding contribution in the province, one provincial backup academic technology leader, thirteen science and technology leaders and candidates of provincial Health Planning Committee, one young expert with outstanding contribution of provincial Health Planning Committee, and eight municipal experts of excellence with outstanding contribution.

In 2016 the outpatient and emergency department received 1,637,000 patients; the hospital received 67,500 inpatients and conducted 26,400 surgeries; the average hospital stay was 9.1 days.

Deyang People’s Hospital is comprised of the headquarters and Jingnan Branch. Occupying a land area of 80 mu and covering a total building area of 100,000sq.m, the headquarters has established 35 clinical departments and 8 medical laboratories, which are the main functional areas of the hospital. Occupying a land area of 40 mu and covering a building area of 12,000sq.m, Jingnan Branch provides health examination and rehabilitation services. In the coming 3-5 years, it is expected to grow into a Cancer Prevention Center with 280 beds. According to the plan, the city council will establish Deyang Women and Children’s Hospital and Deyang People’s Hospital North Branch, which will occupy a land area of 269 mu in total and add 1,300 beds to the existing capacity.

The hospital has been equipped with a wide variety of top level diagnostic and medical equipment as well as professional ICU diagnostic and medical facilities, including 3.0T magnetic resonance by Siemens, super premium CT by Philips,         coincidence spect ECT manufactured by GE in the U.S., linear accelerator manufactured by Siemens, 64-tier ultra-high speed spiral CT by Siemens in Germany, 1.5T nuclear magnetic resonance by Philips, DR by GE, mammary gland DR, GE high-grade color ultrasound, Philips new color ultrasound model, Aloka color ultrasound, Philips large flat-panel X-ray machine, FS200/EX500 femtosecond excimer refractive surgery system by Alconin the U.S., electrosurgery station by ERBE, Olympus, STRYKER, electronic HD endoscope system by Karl Storz, and leading surgical microscope system by Leica.

Led by precision and minimally invasive technology, endoscopy technology has been readily available. We have already performed complicated thoracic and abdominal tumor diagnosis and treatment by using endoscopy technology and flexible cystoscope of respiratory and digestive systems. On the basis of intervention center, we have introduced multidisciplinary interventional diagnosis and treatment technology, cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases interventional diagnosis and treatment technology, great vessel endovascular treatment, and congenital heart disease intervention technology; combined malignant tumor treatment represented by MDTradio frequency catheter ablation and seed implantation technology; extracorporeal circulation and non-extracorporeal circulation open heart surgery and beating heart surgery; basicranial and complicated cerebrovascular microsurgical technique; vitreum and fundus disease diagnosis and treatment technology; autologous bone marrow transplantation and cord blood stem cell transplantation in treating end stage liver disease; wound repair technology represented by adjustable vacuum sealing drainage; breast cancer screening and early detection technology; and prenatal diagnosis technology.

We have established cooperation with a variety of well-known hospitals and institutions at home and abroad, including West China Hospital of Sichuan University, Southwest Hospital of Third Military Medical University, Hillel Yaffe Medical Center in Israel, Psychology Institution of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, arteriosclerosis key laboratory of Education Department of Peking University People’s Hospital, catastrophic epidemics research center of Catholic University of Leuven in Belgium; in addition we have also obtained independent reporting qualification for Natural Science Foundation of China.

We have established non-directly affiliated hospital of Chengdu University of TCM, also known as Deyang Clinical Medical College, which became one of the first standard training bases for national resident doctors in September 2014, and currently 19 faculties in total are recruiting students. It is also a training base for specialist physicians in Sichuan Province and currently 3 departments are recruiting students.

Proudly crowned the titles of “Outstanding National Earthquake Relief Workers”, “National Advanced Medical Unit”, “National Youth Merit” and a "National Innovative Hospital with Improved Services in 2015", we adhere to the service philosophy of “outstanding medical expertise and care for life”.
